Revenue Planning Analyst – Fixed Term (6 Months)

 

 

Your Impact

As our Revenue Planning Analyst, you’ll play a key role in maximising revenue and profit growth. Working closely with Commercial Planning, Finance, and Sales, you’ll deliver data-driven insights that optimise promotions, pricing, and investment decisions. This role is critical in supporting our Trade Promotions tool implementation and will help shape pricing strategies that balance consumer demand, investment, and business outcomes across the portfolio.

 

Key Accountabilities

 

  • Provide insight into pricing impacts in market, including inputs to IBP commercial rhythms, supporting the Senior Manager with recommendations for deviations from strategy when necessary.
  • Support the Senior Manager in creation of price pack architecture strategy for RCS by providing insights on areas of opportunity to grow Asahi & RCS Category.
  • Own customer-level pricing strategy for all RCS NPD, partnering with and challenging Innovation, Marketing and Sales teams to develop a robust plan aligned to Category and Brand priorities that delivers on Gross Contribution growth.
  • Own and maintain a playbook for revenue analytics and embed across the business using knowledge gathered from analysing consumer response to price.
  • Own regular competitor tracking and Business Rhythm reporting with regards to performance of pricing plans in market and any recommendations for change.
  • Improve and automate existing promotional modelling tools used by the team and create new tools to support efficient scenario modelling.
  • Collaborate with and support the Revenue Management team on modelling changes to promotional mechanics, including gap-fill initiatives to drive incremental revenue and provide strong selling stories to the Sales team for execution.
  • Aid the development of price rise strategies and build customer selling stories to assist the Sales team in landing with retailers.

 

About You

 

  • FMCG experience across Sales, Commercial Finance or Revenue Management.
  • Solid experience in Commercial Finance, Revenue Management, Sales or Pricing.
  • Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel skills and expertise in Power BI (preferred).
  • Experience using scan/syndicated data (e.g. IRI) is highly regarded.
  • Experience in creating two-way profit models, pricing scenario modelling, and knowledge of customer investment strategies to drive profitable revenue growth.
